Appointment for Consular Services
General Information
- Applicants wishing to obtain a Nigerian Passport at the Consulate or any other mission abroad must be a Citizen of Nigeria.
- Every applicant including infants must be physically present at the Consulate General of Nigeria, California, for submission of application and Biometric/Biographical enrollment.
